Royal Vape Mart is a neighborhood shop, and we treat customer information the way we'd want ours treated: collect the minimum, use it only for your order, and never sell it. Here's the plain-language version.
What we collect
When you reserve products for pickup, we collect your name, phone number, and — if you choose to provide it — your email address, along with the details of your order (items, flavors or strengths, quantities, and total).
When you request a product through our "What should we carry?" form, we collect what you asked for and any name, email, or phone number you choose to give us.
We also record that you confirmed you are 21 or older when you placed the reservation.
Like most websites, we use basic analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used — pages visited and actions like adding an item to a cart. This is aggregated traffic data, not tied to your identity, and you can block it with standard browser privacy settings or extensions.
How we use it
Your contact information is used for order updates, in-stock alerts for products you asked about, and occasional marketing emails about deals and new arrivals.
Phone numbers are only used for order and in-stock notifications — never for promotions.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in any marketing email, or by calling or emailing the store. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; we keep your order history for our records.
Who sees it
Your customer information is never sold or shared with marketers or data brokers.
Only Royal Vape Mart staff can see your details. The service providers that run this website and send our emails process the data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy obligations. Beyond that, we only disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for normal business, tax, and regulatory record-keeping. You can email or call the store any time to ask what we hold about you or to have your data deleted, where the law allows it.
