When you reserve products for pickup, we collect your name, phone number, and — if you choose to provide it — your email address, along with the details of your order (items, flavors or strengths, quantities, and total).

We also record that you confirmed you are 21 or older when you placed the reservation.

Like most websites, we use basic analytics (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used — pages visited and actions like adding an item to a cart. This is aggregated traffic data, not tied to your identity, and you can block it with standard browser privacy settings or extensions.

How we use it

Your information is used for one thing: fulfilling your order. That means setting your items aside, contacting you about your reservation if something changes, and meeting our legal obligations around age-restricted sales.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with marketers or data brokers. Ever.

Who sees it

Only Royal Vape Mart staff fulfilling orders can see your reservation details.

The service providers that run this website (our hosting and database providers) process the data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy obligations. Beyond that, we only disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for normal business, tax, and regulatory record-keeping. Contact us any time to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion where the law allows it.
